Brian brings twenty eight years of experience in the world of real estate and mortgage finance to every working relationship and transaction. His career in real estate includes decades as an active investor, builder/developer and for the last 20 years, he has concentrated on helping others achieve their dreams as a mortgage planner.

Brian was one of the first in the country to receive the coveted Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist Designation (CMPS®) He is an author and regularly published in various industry and public journals, is a faculty member of industry educational organizations, been a featured guest on business talk radio and is a frequent speaker at seminars throughout the country. Brian is also the Founder and product architect for Estate of Mind, Inc. which publishes educational charts and software evidencing the historical patterns and performance of real estate values and the factors that influence them.
